Looking for some excitement in Cebu City?
I have been wanting to visit the Skywalk and Edge Coaster for sometime. It sits atop the Crown Regency Hotel in the Center of Cebu City.
The hotel is a 40 story tower so it is pretty hard to miss it in Cebu. When I checked, rates start at $76 for two. Two bedroom suites were around $125.00 and up.
They are located at:
Crown Regency Hotel & Towers Cebu
Fuente Towers,
Osmeña BoulevardCebu City 6000, Philippines
Tel: (+6332) 418-8888
You do not have to be a guest of the hotel to visit these attractions. I believe the cost is P750 per person though. I consider that to
be expensive. If you’re on vacation in the Philippines though it probably wont seem so bad to you. The room rates are a much higher than what you will pay if you get a room in a Philippine style hotel. If you are not use to that, you may not be happy with those. They are often called pension houses. I usually stay for under $20 a night but it is by no means as nice as a room in the Crown Regency. I usually stay in Pacific Pension House. It is nice and about P800 a night for a room with a private bathroom and air conditioning.
I think I’m going to have to do it. I’ve got a serious fear of heights but I will just have to get over it and take the ride and then walk on the edge.
Have you been there? If so, please set me straight on the prices. Also, let me know what you thought of it.

This looks awesome, the next time I go to the Phils I want to got to Cebu and check the city out and most likely this will be on my to- do list
You know I hate the idea of spending 1500 peso to do that, that is if there are two of us. That’s a lot of money to me now. I think though, I just really need to do it.
When I go to the city, I’m usually pretty exhausted and rushed for time. I don’t go much. The last time I went was in December. I didn’t have the time nor the energy but I did mention it.
There is another walk in Cebu. It is called simply “The Walk” I think it is just a pedestrian bridge, crossing over a street from one building to the other. So don’t get it mixed up with that one. But The Walk is pretty popular place too. Would be worth checking it out if you ahd the time.
Jessie tells me I would like it because there are a lot of college girls and women that work in the call centers in that area. LOL Mighty nice of her to tell me where to go girl watching.
I plan to write an article about things to do in Cebu soon. Most of them I have never done.
