Electrical Brownout In Bogo
We lost power today for a few hours so off we went to Jollibee. It didn’t last long so we headed home pretty early. I had to really fight the urge to eat too much. I managed though and soon after the lights were back on, we returned home.
Before returning home though, I took some pictures of Jessie and thought they would be a good way to help people, especially guys, understand why I move to the Philippines.
As you can see, Jollibee’s looks remarkably like McDonald’s. Its also too expensive, like McDonald’s is. Its a lot cheaper than McDonald’s though. Let’s see two Cokes and four fries was about $6.00. But more of my favorite hottie Filipina. A closer shot of Jessie at the counter.
I didn’t quit there though, she was giving me a hard time about taking her picture so I told her the only way I would stop is if she cooperated. LOL
More pictures from our mini outing will be displayed on the next page. Click the next page link below to continue.

Get
To The Philippines Faster

Interesting articles you have here. I’ve been to Cebu several times but not far outside the city itself, might get a chance to look more around next time I’m there. I also have a blog site on the Philippines so feel free to check it out and maybe link to it if you get the chance.
-Iwind
Iwind perhaps our paths will cross one of these days! Nice Looking blog, good luck with it.
still couldn’t do it–can you put it in the section with your other photos?
Nice site, just saw it in the Google Blog Alert! We live half the year in Dumaguete. Congradulations on all your successes in Cebu. Give us a shout if you ever get down our way.
Hey Queenie, I don’t know what you mean that you can’t find it, you are on the correct post.
Now there is something going on with the post that is different and its hard to see. So I bet your missing it.
Look near the end of the article, just below link to this page and just above categories there are numbers. These are pages of the post. I am going to add some more links to make it easier to find the next page. I broke it up so that the images wont slow down people with slow connections.
I’ll make the links easier to find.
I will be posting them on rustyferguson.com like I always do once I’m sure I wont be taking any more. I probably wont go out today as I try to recover from the fever I have going on. Its much better today, I think I might have a mild sinus infection going on.
Pete and Milyn,
I plan on visiting Dumaguete and am thinking of moving to Valencia. I have to visit first and then actually do it. We love Bogo but I am having a hard time with the Temps.
Subic bay area also looks like a good area as it is still geared toward Americans. Lot of of business there cater to American wants.
I may just not be willing to tear myself away from Bogo City. I really enjoy smaller cities.
I see them now… these are nice. Hey maybe joining that bonsai club would be a good idea for meeting new filipino friends. I bet a lot of them speak english anyway and it would be something to share in common. You know I’m partial to plants… Ask him if they have an orchid club in Bogo.
Queenie,
They do have a Bonsai club in Bogo, I’ll likely join but P500 is not an amount I sneeze at, once the price goes over P100 I go into pause mode. LOL
Glad you found it and also glad you told me you were having an issue, I’m sure you’re not the only one. I’m working on an article for HeyJoe and then I’ll work on adding some links to help people got to the next post.
I’m also way over due for a story on Bob’s site. Gotta get that done if I can. Don’t have a lot of energy right now and its more fun to spend time harassing Jessie than it is to write.
Not to mention resting so I can partake of the cultural bikinis tomorrow.
hi…. i enjoy reading your story here…. exciting…..
Thanks Vivian, I have several photo sets ready. Will try to get them posted today.
