What is The Cost of Living In The Philippines?
You can reside much cheaper in the Philippines than in the USA and most other Western countries. I have been living in the Philippines since February of 2008.
Cost Of Living In The Philippines
I am often asked “How much money do I need to live in the Philippines?” That answer depends on your expectations. Your cash can easily go further by living in the Philippines than your home country. I’ve known foreigners that live here with $700 a month and are pleased to live in the Philippines. I’ve known other expats living in the Philippines where no amount of funds would make them happy. I think though $1000 a month is enough for most.
This is why so many people move to the Philippines once they retire. With their income now limited, they see a grim outlook for themselves in the USA. I know I did.
My number one reason to move to the Philippines was for the cheaper cost of living. It was only one of my reasons. My three major reasons are:
- Living In The Philippines Cost Much Less.
- I Wanted To Turn A Troubled Time Into A Wonderful Expedition.
- Women Living In The Philippines Are Awesome!
Adding Excitement To My Life by Living In The Philippines:
I was recently divorced, 49 years old and living on a disability pension. It was a bit of a troff in my life. However, I am a survivor. So, I took that low point and used it as my motivation to embark on a grand adventure. So I plunged in. I took a gamble! Now I’m having a wonderful life. You really can do the same thing.
If you are thinking of living in the Philippines but need more information “Living In The Philippines –Cebu Experience” can help you decide. Don’t be shy about asking questions.
Women Living In The Philippines Are Incredible
Filipina are not as troubled about you being older as women in most Western countries are. The don’t care much about appearance.
They frequently yearn for two things. They want a man that will treat them with respect and provide them an improved standard of living. Most are contented with very modest provisions. You don’t need to be wealthy to make a Filipina happy.
Most Filipino earn less than $200 a month. Most live without running water and very few have aircon. For many Filipina, how she’s going to have obtain enough to eat for the next week is what is on her mind.
Treat her well and give her a decent standard of living and she will cherish you. Of course, there are exceptions. Yes, there are whacky and manipulative Filipina that will take your last nickel that you give them and provide you with nothing but promises. Promises that are never kept. Mostly, Filipina are wonderful!
My eBook, Basic Expat Training Manual — The Philippines Experience will help a great deal with that avoiding the common problems in dealing with Filipina, if you will listen. Don’t be fixated on one girl that you met online. She may be wonderful but if not, there are plenty of women here that are.
So, if you are seeking an adventure, I highly recommend that you consider living in the Philippines.
