Tropical Storm Naga Renamed Feria in The Philippines

There is one dead and seven missing as a result of the storm that blew through last night and early this morning. It did not seem like a much of a storm but there is one fisherman from Bogo City that is missing and one dead man found in Bantayan Island that has not yet been identified.
