Bikini Contest In The Philippines

A few nights after the Bikini Contest, we were back at the Bogo City BBQ by the Seaside. It was raining so that put us into close proximity to all the others. We had to move in from the outdoor tables to the tables under the roof, where the shop owners sit and cook. This pretty girl was sitting opposite of me. I notice she had a different air about her. She seemed much more confident that most Filipina. I took her picture.

Sitting On The Cebuano Dock Of The Bay

Just returned home form the Seaside BBQ here in Bogo City, Philippines. It is Saturday night on All Souls Day, November 1, 2008. We had a quite, peaceful night. It was the yaya’s (Beth) birthday. Hungry Children in Bogo City and The World

Tonight I saw one of the saddest things I’ve seen in a long time.

We had four boys approach us while we were at the Bogo City BBQ by the Bay. I can’t tell what they are saying but all beggars use the same tone of voice, at least all the children I’ve heard so far. I was

I was irritated at first. I’ve been tense all day today and now these kids are going to start hounding us at my favorite place to eat. And I go there cause it is cheap.

Jessie told me they were asking for food. Awww, that’s difference. Usually it is parents sending their kids out to beg so they can snort their speed. But this is different and softened me up considerably. But then things got worse.
